Who is covered

The original purchaser of a new product bought on anodewallet.com, and anyone who received it as a gift from that purchaser, in the United States.

What is covered and for how long

For 2 years from delivery, we warrant every ANODE product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care. Examples:

  • A plate that cracks or bends in normal use.
  • A screw thread that strips.
  • An elastic frame or cash strap that snaps or goes slack well before it should.
  • A defect on an accessory, for example a key organizer that will not hold its keys with the screw posts tightened, a money clip that loses its grip in normal use or a tracker mount that cracks.

What we will do

If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will, at no charge to you, replace the product with the same item, or with a similar item if it is no longer available. If replacement is not possible, we refund the price you paid for it. We pay all shipping costs for the replacement.

What is not covered

  • Scratches, scuffs and wear on the finish, including the slow wear of anodized colors and the natural evolution of burnt titanium colors. Metal that gets carried every day shows it.
  • Elastic that slowly loosens after long use, which is normal wear.
  • Damage from loading more cards, bills or keys than the stated capacity.
  • Drops, accidents, crushing, heat or chemicals, and damage from using a product as a tool.
  • Products that have been modified, drilled, sanded, engraved or repaired by someone else.
  • Loss or theft, including the cards, cash or keys carried in the product.
  • The tracker you put in the Tracker Mount. It is covered by its own maker.
  • Products bought anywhere other than on anodewallet.com.

A product that simply does not suit you is handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How to make a claim

  1. Write to ginacroisme1@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos of the defect.
  2. We reply within 2 business days. We may ask for more photos. We do not normally ask you to send the product back.
  3. Once the defect is confirmed, we ship the replacement or issue the refund described above.

You do not need the original receipt. We look up your order from your email address or order number.

Limits

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD ABOVE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
