Frequently asked questions

Where do you ship, and how much is it?

We ship to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more, and $4.95 below that. Details in the Shipping Policy.

When will my order arrive?

Orders leave within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 6 to 12 business days after that. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Write to us right away with your order number.

How many cards does a wallet hold?

From 1 to 12 standard cards. The elastic stretches as you add them, so one card stays put as well as twelve. Folded bills go under the cash strap on the back.

What about embossed cards?

Cards with raised numbers take more room, so count on about 8 of those. Most new cards are printed flat, so check what you actually carry.

Does it block RFID?

The plates help block contactless reads of the cards between them. No wallet guarantees full protection against fraud, though, and a card outside the plates is not shielded at all. It also means you may need to take a card out to tap and pay.

Do the accessories fit the wallets?

The Money Clip and Tracker Mount screw onto the back plate of any ANODE wallet, in place of the cash strap, with the screws in the box. They use the same spot, so it is one or the other. The Key Organizer is a separate piece for your keys and does not attach to a wallet. The tracker itself is sold separately. AirTag is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. ANODE is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Apple Inc.

Do the wallets come in other colors?

Each product comes in one finish, and each finish is its own product. The Aluminum Wallet comes in Graphite, Matte Black and Cobalt. The Titanium Wallet comes in Stonewashed and Burnt.

How do I look after it?

Wipe it with a dry or slightly damp cloth. No solvents, no polish. Keys and coins in the same pocket will mark any metal over time. Burnt titanium softens in color where it rubs. That is wear, not a defect, and most people end up liking it. Keep the screws snug and do not load more than 12 cards. The full list is in section 12 of the Terms of Service.

Can I return a wallet I have tried?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery, and loading a couple of cards at home to check the size is fine. It needs to come back unused, without scratches and complete with the screws, hex key and cash strap. A wallet that has been carried for a few weeks cannot be returned for a change of mind. Something broke. What now?

Defects in materials and workmanship are covered for 2 years from delivery. Send us your order number and a photo, and we sort it out. See the Limited Warranty.

How do I access or delete my data?

See the Privacy Policy, then write to us with the subject "Privacy request".
